When I started watching FMA I immediately got hooked. I was so surprised on how amazing this anime was and wanted to spread the love of it to everyone! ^ First thing I started was a Edward Elric club at deviantart.com. I started that club before I even saw the series (I had a intrest in Ed before I even saw who he was). The next thing I began doing was making a fansite. ^_^ At the beginning, my fansite was hosted by Geocities, one of the most common free webhosting companies. It was working pretty well for a while until my limit went over too many times that it caused my site to shut down for temporary. Geocities was getting on my nerves. I only had the site on Geocities for a short time and it was already having problems. Later I just decided to move my site to a different server. My site wasn't even complete when I took Not a Shrimp off of Geocities. After a few days, my dad found a good server, that allowed 500MB space for free. He signed me up and also bought me a domain name, "notashrimp.com" The site address for Not a Shrimp was different on Geocities. For a while, I had the server already, but I became lazy on making the site. Couple of months passed by and I still didn't get to working on Not a Shrimp. This was around March. Soon, in mid of March, I finally got my lazy behind and started working on my site agian. Once I started, I kept going until it was half complete. When I got that far, I stopped for a short time. I slowly eased my way on adding new materials to my Ed site. It is still currently uncomplete, but that's because now there's always new Ed stuff coming out! So, that is a small summary on how this site became the site you know today, "Not a Shrimp!"
