I can't tell you how many emails I've gotten asking where I got these skins and how to install them. I found alot of the skins at The Big List of Anime Sims Stuff. They have tons of sites with anime-related downloads. Specifically, I got most of the FMA skins from http://simfe.s55.xrea.com/ (Japanese site).
